What could be better than being trapped in a people-cluttered, Olympics-mad town for a month? How about a trip to somewhere peaceful and quiet, with nary a sound but the twittering of Spring robins, and the sound of the wind soughing through the trees. K and I went on a little walk that turned into a decent exploratory adventure on Friday afternoon... culminating in this beautiful view of Howe Sound. The Chief is dead center, and the tippy-top of Anvil Island can be seen on right-hand side of the photo. The temperature was perfect, the sunshine was warm... why, it was almost Saskatoonish!
