The mighty mass of The Chief, the popular and well-known mountain that stands guard over the town of Squamish. We spent a very relaxing weekend visiting G&G and M. The centerpoint of the trip was the scattering of Trio's ashes (see "Sister's Best Friend" post, Aug 5/10) where she loved to run and play. A perfect, fitting resting place for a wonderful companion. And, despite the clouds, there was no rain!
