We enjoyed the first "organized" ride of the year today.  We managed to get 7 bikes and 9 people out.  Two of them left us before our final stop, and two didn't realize we were going for the photo op and jumped on the freeway on-ramp behind us... so you're left with 3 for the photo!  The weather was warm (18C), and bikers everywhere had the first big smiles of the season on their faces!
