Second-to-last Hurrah, hopefully!

Those of us who could get permission slips took full advantage of the nearly 30C day on Sunday September 21, 2014 to go for a ride to Pemberton and back.  Lunch was at the Mile One Eating House in Pemberton - go there, try it, you will see why it's worth riding 3 hours for lunch!  On the way, we enjoyed the spectacular scenery of the Sea to Sky Highway there and back, including the obligatory photo stop at the Tantalus Ridge viewpoint.  We were nearly a 50/50 mix this time, with 4 sport bikes and 5 cruisers - we are nothing if not all-inclusive in our group!  The day turned out to be one of those unexpected late season gems - now all fingers are crossed, and eyes are on the forecast, for next Sunday's big event - the 2014 Oyster Run in Anacortes, Washington!

On the way back down after lunch, Mom and Dad hosted our group not once, but twice!  We returned shortly after leaving the first time due to a major accident on the highway and some big-time lineups!

Orange Crush!  S and G and their matching BMW monsters, complete with matching gear and custom helmets - heads turn when they go by, especially when they see S's bright white legs!
