Gourmet Mac and Cheese

 

June 7, 2015 saw us put a long, hot 460 kms under our belt, riding up to Pemberton and back for gourmet mac and cheese at the Mile One Eating House.   Luckily, G and G's house is 1/2 way in each direction, and provided a nice watering hole to break up the long ride.
