So, we took a little trip to Grandma and Grandpa's over Spring Break. The drive wasn't bad, considering all the improvements they have made on the Squamish Highway. It's amazing what $2B can buy you! There were a couple of rough patches still under construction... good thing we still have our old reliable 4x4!
Once we made it through the rough patches, it was clear sailing. The drive on the new and improved parts of the Squamish Highway is so easy now, you don't even need to use your front wheels!
Once we got to Squamish, we enjoyed the first days of Spring basking in the sunshine and looking at the beautiful view from Grandma and Grandpa's front yard.
Unfortunately, on the way home, we forgot about the construction on the highway. There were a couple of hairy moments, but after a bit of a fright, we were back on track and enjoyed a smooth ride home!
