So, after a day of looming black clouds and threatening skies, the heavens opened up last night in one of the more spectacular thunder and lightning shows we have had in some time.
Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the big storm, as a) it happened at night, and b) all the photos are either pitch black or pitch black or have a funny white blur in them... apparently, a much better camera is needed for nighttime storm photos. So, you'll just have to make due with these two shots showing the storm coming in and sending the sun packing for a couple of days.
