All I could think of watching the sunset tonight was Orange Creamsicles. After another grey afternoon, C called me upstairs yelling "Dad, it's another good one!"... and she was right! It never ceases to amaze me how far away the sun goes in the winter. We have a marvelous view, covering almost 180 degrees, so you can watch the march of the sun to the south in the winter and measure its progress each day, just by how it shines in the windows. It's something to think that there still two more months of travel to the south for the Sun until the Winter Solstice, when it begins its long journey back!
