Cabin

 

The sunset over Green Lake on August 20, 2014.  After an absence of 8 years, we returned to the wonderful cabin belonging to friends of ours at Green Lake.  The weather was a bit of a change from the Okanagan ("Does that thermometer really say 4C at 7am?"), but the sun managed to make an excellent showing for 2.5 of the 3.5 days, so we couldn't complain too much.  No fire ban meant roaring bonfires each night, and an amazing spectrum of stars were an added bonus.  As you can see below, there were some odd creatures roaming the area.  And before you ask, that is definitely not me on the waterskis!
