Concrete Objective

 

Sunday's ride took us to lovely downtown Concrete, WA, where we enjoyed a late lunch at the slow pace of the Washington Street Café and Bakery... the food was great and the service was very friendly... worth a return trip, for sure!    The bottom photo is literally taken on Main Street in Concrete... literally a ghost town at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon.  The top photo is the gang at a stretch break on the way back home.  You can see the peaks of North Twin and  South Twin mountains in the distance.  Directly behind them sits Mt Baker.  We found two super new scenic roads to try again the next time we head south!
