All is Wright in Oroville

If you'll pardon the terrible pun in the title... we headed off to the Okanagan, to our favourite little lake, for a week of summer holidays.  On day 2, we travelled to the south end of Osoyoos Lake to visit friends staying on the US side in Oroville.  The weather was awesome, the company was awesome, and, if I may say so, the red tin roof on the boathouse on the left of the photo is awesome as well!  I watched the owners (senior citizens) trying to put the sheets up by themselves, and it wasn't going too well.  I went over to help lift up the sheets and ended up spending two hours helping the gentleman (who lives an hour away from us in Canada!) put up the rest of the sheets.  A couple of nice swims, a great dinner, a great visit with friends, and it was time to go back over the line to our own lake!
