Day 8 dawned, surprise! surprise!, sunny and hot! We had a leisurely morning, and then walked over to Sans Souci (No Problem) beach, which is a lovely 20-minute jaunt east of the condo. You pass several interesting sites on the way, and when you get there, you are rewarded with another perfect beach, and little competition for sand space. Once there, you allow C to take over the camera, and you get some interesting shots. For this one, C lay on her back and shot straight up past our umbrella to the sky... a nice palette of beach colours!
For this photo, C lay on her back and took a shot of the palm trees lining the road that runs along the beach.
And for this shot, C had to make the effort to get up from taking the first two shots and walk down the beach to the water!
Later on, we went back to our usual beach for sunset. This is one of the many surfers saluting the beautiful sunset as she rides her last wave in for the day.
And this is what our usual beach looks like at about 30 minutes after sunset. It's almost like someone hits the lightswitch at sunset, the transition from day to night is so fast.
