The Greenest of Greens...

The stunning view from the Diablo Lake overlook.  Ross Lake and Diablo Lake are held back by the Diablo Dam, which sits at the far end of the picture and just around the corner.  The lake is so green, it is almost unreal.  The wind was blowing up a storm when we stopped here, hiding out under the trees to cool down again.  We're about 3 hours from home at this point - 2 hours of riding and an hour of "cool down" stops!  The trip was spectacular from start to finish, and the company wasn't  bad either!  Now comes the fun part - starting to plan for 2016!
