Big Ben at 12 noon on Sunday July 4th... the place was a-hoppin'! I must say, it is pretty cool to stroll up to Big Ben and Parliament just as it begins to chime the noon hour... once again, a very popular place!
One of the top tourist destinations in London, the London Eye. The views are supposed of London are supposed to be unheralded... we'll see about that! Another option for a good view is the observation deck on St. Paul's Cathedral... the down side to that one - 600 steps taking you 360' above the ground. The Eye does all the heavy lifting for you during your 1/2 hour ride!
